I've spent 20+ years in the room where the hardest organizational decisions get made — and I've learned that the quality of those decisions is almost always a function of how clearly an organization understands itself.
I founded Aurea Consulting to bring that kind of strategic clarity to organizations that have been priced out of Big 4 consulting. Mission-driven companies and nonprofits that are too ambitious for the status quo and too smart to settle for generic advice.
My work spans consulting, technology, education, and social impact — across early-stage startups, scaling nonprofits, and enterprise organizations. The through-line: I help leaders build organizations that can execute on their ambition, not just articulate it.
I'm based in Blacksburg, Virginia, and work with organizations nationally. I'm also building a consulting practice that's deeply rooted in the New River Valley — because I believe the NRV business ecosystem deserves access to the same caliber of strategic thinking as any major market.
